Customer Service, Product and Packaging Issues

Dear Modern Wall Art - I enjoy your products and have been buying your designs/art for many years - my feedback: 1- customer service is archaic - I have to text or call several times to get status and tracking number for my items 2- packaging is inadequate - for the prices you charge you should have very well designed packages - all of my 5 items are gifts, and I had to repack since they came in two boxes not individually 3- no install instructions, template and I had no idea the "ayat al kursi” came in 4 different pieces - not easy to install!! 4- poor construction on support holes, sharp steel splinters - some of isntall tabs litteraly broke off due to poor welding Strongly recomend you reconsider your prices, packaging and customer service - you were the only go to islamic art form my extended family and I - very unfortunate
