Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unworn or unused

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

No Free Returns & Return Shipping Responsibility

We do not offer free returns.

For all approved returns, customers are responsible for shipping the item back at their own expense, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Prepaid return shipping labels will be provided only if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The wrong product was received

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued for the product price only

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

In such cases:

  • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided

  • A full refund, including original shipping costs, will be issued once the return is inspected and approved

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original item (following this policy) and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Refunds will be issued for the product price only, subject to inspection

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
