I initially was disappointed upon receiving the Dan/Light because of the condition of the box, which appeared to be repacked. I thought it is a returned item; upon calling, I was assured that it is not, and they before delivering, they have opened to make sure everything is present in it. During the installation, I had a question and called them; I got frustrated when nobody answered the phone; however was surprised when they called back me upon seeing the missed call. They answered my question and provided a video clip explaining their answer. I am completely satisfied.

USNice but small
It’s beautiful but way smaller than the regular coasters. Also can’t hold the cup, it starts to slip. It’s probably good for decor but not for the use.
