I placed an order for the Eid moon tree and lights. When I received the package I put the Eid moon tree together and noticed that I did not receive the lights. I then reached out to the person in charge of my order, Nasreen, and advised her that I did not receive the lights that were ordered. She advised that they should be in the box. My husband and I then took the boxes apart and there were no lights. I had advised Nasreen that the lights were not in the box and assured her that the lights were missing. She advised that because the item being shipped that the box gets double checked. I told her it was not worth flighting about $24 worth of lights. This was my first time buying from Modern Wall and will be my last time. If you want to make sure you get what you paid for, don't waste your time with this company. You will pay for items that you will not receive. It was a very disappointing experience and luckily I was only out the cost of light which was very little.

I reached out to them to advise that I had not received the lights and I was told on 4 different occasions to double check the box even though I took the box apart. I'm very disappointed with the service. I advised the person that this was my first and last time I would purchase from there site. It was not worth going back and forth regarding $24 lights. This is not a web site you want to order from if you want service or if something is missing from your order.
