Bad quality

Tray had brown stains on it and small dents all over, I tried washing it off but they are permanent. I messaged customer service and they said to just “wash it off”, even though I said I already tried. They completely ignored the part where I said there were also dents on it, with pictures as proof. They did nothing to fix the issue. Disappointing because it’s a Muslim company and I really wanted to love them and continue to give them business.
